What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Treasury Management Advisor position at Frandsen Financial Corporation?
This position plays a crucial role in recommending customized treasury management solutions for business of all sizes to enhance cash flow, mitigate risk, and improve efficiency through automation. The Senior Treasury Management Advisor will work closely with bank teammates to identify prospects, sales opportunities, and develop long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Uncover client needs and recommend customized treasury management solutions to improve working capital and operating efficiency while reducing financial risk.
- Demonstrate an expert-level knowledge of all commercial depository and treasury management products to include ACH and Wire Origination, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit, Merchant Processing, Lockbox, and Corporate Card solutions.
- Lead the development and delivery of prospect proposals.
- Proactively and consistently engage with current and potential clients to develop, reinforce, and deepen relationships.
- Continually prospect and make introductions of new clients to internal and third-party banking partners to grow depository, lending, investment, and payment relationships.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for all treasury management clients.
- Provide support and issue resolution to treasury management clients.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years treasury management, retail banking, business banking or a combination
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
Skills
- Ability to work independently coupled with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong numerical ability and reasoning
- Proven business development and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Fiserv Premier banking system desired but not required

Salary range for this role is $70,000 to $100,000 annually depending on experience.
