Position Summary
The Treasury Management Support Special is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and operational support for treasury management products and services. This role serves as a key liaison between clients, relationships managers, and internal departments to ensure efficient onboarding, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of treasury management solutions. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Demonstrate a deep knowledge of all commercial depository and treasury management products to include ACH and Wire Origination, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit, Merchant Processing, Lockbox, and Corporate Card solutions.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for all treasury management clients, including compilation of forms and agreements, client correspondence, scheduling, and training.
- Provide administrative and backup support to the Treasury Management Advisors.
- Provide direct support and issue resolution to treasury management clients.
- Assist in the development of prospect proposals.
- Prepare documentation for client reviews, data validation, and various operating reports.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment and communicates effectively across all business lines.
Experience, Skills, and Education
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years banking experience.
Skills
- Strong understanding of banking products and services, with expertise in treasury management or online banking preferred
- Ability to work independently coupled with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong numerical ability and reasoning
- Proven customer service skills
Education
- Associate’s degree in a business-related field
Salary range for this role is $50,000 to $70,000 annually, depending on experience.
