What are the responsibilities and job description for the President/ Owner Franchise Brands position at FRANGROWTH HOLDINGS LLC?
1. Business Operations:
· Manage the manager and drive the KPI’s through your team.
· Execute proven systems and processes by leveraging available resources provided by the franchisor.
· Weekly meetings with GM or HQ DM to discuss goals and financials.
· Scale and grow your business as needed
2. Financial Management:
· Develop and execute strategies to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability.
· Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and financial reports.
3. Marketing and Sales:
· In partnership with franchisor, promote local marketing initiatives to drive customer traffic and increase sales.
· Ensure effective merchandising and promotional activities are implemented.
4. Customer Service:
· Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
· Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
5. Staff Management:
· Recruit, train, and supervise staff members. Or work closely with the franchisor in procuring and selecting management candidates for your business.
· Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective leadership and communication.
6. Compliance:
· Ensure compliance with franchise agreements, local regulations, and company policies.
· Implement health and safety protocols to create a secure environment for customers and staff.
Qualifications and Experience:
· Proven experience in business management, sales, leadership- preferably in business development/ownership, executive or senior level management
· Minimum net worth and liquidity as required by the brand.
· Experience in leading/managing teams and business operations at an executive level.
· Desire to build and scale a profitable business
· Strong leadership, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
· Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 60 per week
