What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member position at Frank Armetta - State Farm Agent?

ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a team member with Frank T Armetta State Farm Insurance, you will successfully market the financial products that manage everyday risks. Your proficient knowledge of financial products reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their financial options.

BENEFITS :

Salary plus commission / bonus

Aspirant program available to become State Farm Agent.
Monday-Friday 9-5 Saturday 9-12 from April to October
No Saturdays November to March.
Annual Christmas Party.
Team Event at the IronPigs in September.
Impromptu team lunch and breakfast.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Work with the agent / office manager to establish and meet marketing goals

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Must be able to obtain relevant property and casualty licenses.

Must be able to obtain relevant life and health licenses.

Proven experience working as a financial services representative.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Successful track record of meeting sales goals / quotas preferred

Bilingual preferred, Spanish, but not necessary.

Salary : $35,000 - $55,000
