Surface Technicians

Job Summary
We are seeking skilled Surface Technicians to work on the surface of Underground Mines for the Waynesburg, PA, Cameron, and Dallas, WV areas. As a Surface Technician with JENNMAR Services, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a mixing machine to prepare cement for extended periods.
• Assist surface managers with various tasks as needed.
• Travel to multiple surface locations as required.
• Work in all weather conditions, including adverse environments.
• Perform physically demanding tasks such as dragging slick lines, handling hose lines, lifting pre-mix bags and standing for prolonged periods.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn additional job-related skills.
• Adapt to a flexible work schedule, including long and irregular hours when necessary.
• Follow instructions accurately and maintain strong listening skills.
• Other laborer duties as required.

Requirements:

• 24 hour MSHA Surface Training required (can provide if needed).
• WV Safety Sensitive Certification.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Able to work any shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to pass background and drug & alcohol testing.
