About Us: Frank Gay Commercial Services is dedicated to delivering excellent HVAC/R services to clients in the Tampa Bay or Gulf coast areas. We are looking for motivated individuals with positive attitudes to join our growing and dedicated HVAC/R Service Team.
What You Will Do:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of refrigeration principles
- Work on rooftop units, large 50-ton split systems, chill water systems, and cooling towers
- Handle HVAC electrical and controls (both high voltage and low voltage)
- Exhibit efficient and effective problem-solving skills
- Maintain strong customer service and clear communication with clients
- Attend periodic manufacturer training classes to stay updated with the latest technologies
- Be available for on-call duty as required
- Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
What You Need:
- Minimum of 5 years of HVAC/R experience (required)
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Experience with BAS and DDC controls (a plus)
- Strong HVAC electrical aptitude and technical ability
- Universal EPA certification
