Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid or remote role for an Outside Sales Representative at Frank Gay Commercial Services in Greater Orlando or Tampa Area. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, relationship building, occasional site walks, creating estimates, and communicating between clients and trade managers. The role is an exciting opportunity for experienced sales professionals who want to be rewarded for their results via an attractive commission profile or a sales professional interested in entering the commercial services industry.

What you will bring:
The Outside Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities for our HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads, developing new business relationships, and closing sales. This role requires a self-starter who is comfortable working independently and has the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential clients
• Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
• Collaborate with the trades services team to ensure that proposals and quotes are accurate and meet client needs
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients
• Attend industry trade shows and events to stay current with industry trends and network with potential clients
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the company CRM system
• Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Delivering business results by following solid sales process
• Attending industry group, chapter leads and networking events
• Understanding of cost, price, value, and other financial drivers that impact profitability
• Targeting the right prospective leads for FGC services (HVAC-R, Plumbing, Electrical, & Specialty) and Preventative Maintenance offerings
• Building strong relationships with potential new customers
• Identifying growth opportunities within the territory through cold calling, call reports, account plans and collaboration within the sales team to ensure growth attainment
• Provide analysis to new and existing accounts for growth opportunities.
• Forecasting and tracking key account metrics
• Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, and production scheduled
• Develop and maintain sales funnel and pipeline for continuous business growth
You must have:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical Trades industry but not required
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Must pass Background, Drug Screen and Driver’s License check
