Frank Gay Commercial Services is looking for a hands-on Commercial Plumbing Supervisor to lead our field team, ensure high-quality work, and represent the reliability we’re known for.
If you have 10 years of plumbing experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to write estimates and support your team in the field, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Get
- $62,000–$70,000 salary based on experience
- Quarterly bonus potential
- Monday–Friday schedule, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM on-call support (1 week/month)
- On-call rotation one week per month for tech support

What You’ll Do
- Visit job sites and support plumbing technicians
- Step in and work alongside crews when needed
- Conduct quality control checks and speak with customers
- Provide technical guidance and on-call support (1 week/month)
- Write and review job estimates

- 10 years in the plumbing trade, commercial experience preferred
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and estimating skills
