What You'll Do
- Analyze work orders, address customer concerns, and perform HVAC installations with attention to detail and quality.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize processes and ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain inventory and ensure trucks are properly equipped for each installation job.
- Document work accurately and provide guidance to apprentices.
- Stay updated with HVAC codes and standards and uphold professional conduct at all times.
- Drive and maintain company vehicles to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Minimum 1 years of residential HVAC installation experience. For Lead position you would need 3-5 years' experience.
- Valid local driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in the safe use and maintenance of HVAC tools and equipment.
