Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose residential plumbing systems, guiding customers to informed and confident buying decisions.Identify and communicate plumbing issues with customers.Educate customers on their plumbing systems, functions, and needs.Maintain a fully stocked inventory for each job.Document work performed by following company procedures.Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions.Set up plumbing service or installation calls when needed.What We're Looking For :

Qualifications : What you Need :
At least 3 years of experience in residential plumbing service & repair for single - family homes.Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screenSuperb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliablePhysical dexterity.Responsibilities : What you will Do :
You will work closely with the service department to provide timely and accurate service by following company standards and procedures.You will travel to customers homes to diagnose & troubleshoot plumbing systemsIdentify & communicate plumbing issue(s) with customersMaintain a fully stock inventory for each job.Document work performed by following company procedure.Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions
