What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Customer Experience Agent position at Frank Hotels?
Do you enjoy variety in your work? How about meeting new people? Are you organized, efficient, and excel at customer service? A Front Desk Agent position could be just what you're looking for. We have three busy hotels a few blocks from each other. This position has a lot of potential and could have you working at one or multiple locations. We are a fun team who like to work hard and strive for excellence in customer service.
Some of the duties include:
- Checking guests in and out
- Handling customer service
- Answer phones and accepting payments/reservations/cancellations
- Interaction with other departments
- Responding to emails
- Return phone calls
- Supporting laundry
