What you'll do
- Processing Sales Transactions:
Handling all aspects of vehicle sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of paperwork
- Customer Communication and Support:
Greeting customers in person or on the telephone. Liaising with customers to answer questions, provide information about sales, and handle any issues that may arise during the sales process.
- Data Management and Record Keeping:
Maintaining organized and up-to-date records of sales transactions, customer information, and vehicle inventory.
- Coordination with Departments:
Working closely with various departments within Custom Koncepts, including management, accounting, and service, to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of transactions.
- Administrative Tasks:
Performing a variety of administrative tasks, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and managing email correspondence.
- Supporting Sales Team:
