The Automotive BDC Sales role at Frank Kent Cadillac is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry. As an Appointment Coordinator Sales, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their vehicle purchasing needs.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chats to assist customers in setting up appointments and answering their inquiries
• Follow up with potential buyers to provide information and updates on available vehicles
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional customer service
• Assist sales team in generating leads and setting up appointments for test drives

• Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Proficient computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
