Southwest ADI / FAD is an accessories distributor for General Motors and Ford Motor Company. We"re looking for a team member to work with our customers in our returns process. We need an energetic and customer service-oriented person with excel experience. They are the key point of contact for the company, maintaining and strengthening our customer relationships.

What you"ll do
Process submitted orders from the automotive retailers across the southeast region of the US.
Continual communication with local warehouses to process sales and credits according to company policy.
Assisting customers with any complaints and inquires concerning returns.
Regularly monitor customer"s transactions and report those to the company.
Provide a high level of service to our customers.
Issue RMA"s and track returns orders.
Qualifications
Ability to work well with others.
Capable of working independently.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) a must.
High attention to detail and have strong multi-tasking skills.
Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
Bi-lingual is a plus.
Ability to read / interpret / manage excel documents.
