- Gr eet and welcome customers to the service department in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with their service needs and answer any questions they may have
- Park and retrieve customer vehicles in an organized and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service department, including the service drive, waiting area, and restrooms
- Wash and detail customer vehicles as needed
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely completion of service appointments
- Record accurate mileage and fuel levels of customer vehicles upon check-in and check-out
- Assist with any other tasks or projects as assigned by management
