Shipping/Receiving/Delivery Driver

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Seeking a dependable, reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving/Delivery Driver to join our team. This role is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely deliveries. The ideal candidate must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, be flexible with work hours, and work independently while following established procedures.

Shipping & Receiving:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory movements

Inventory Management:

• Organize and maintain warehouse stock to ensure accessibility and accuracy
• Conduct periodic inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment
• Keep records of materials and products received and distributed

Delivery & Transportation:

• Safely load, transport, and deliver goods to designated locations
• Ensure proper handling of items to prevent damage during transit
• Maintain delivery schedules and provide excellent customer service upon arrival
• Operate company vehicles in compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Operate forklift in compliance with safety regulations and company policies

General Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized shipping/receiving area
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse and logistics operations

Job Specifications:

• Must have exceptional organization and communication skills
• Be accurate and have thorough attention to detail
• Must be certified to drive a forklift
• Must possess valid Class A license and have a clean driving record
• Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
• Knowledge of plumbing/mechanical materials
• If not already in the Union as a Plumbing/Piping Tradesperson, you will be required to join

Ability to:

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
• Organize own work, manage multiple projects/programs and meet critical deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
