Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategies to meet new business production goals through various sales techniques, including telephone outreach, networking, and referrals
- Create and present tailored insurance quotes, conduct sales presentations, and effectively close sales
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and timely follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with all Farmers Insurance and Department of Insurance regulations in all quotes, procedures, and practices
- Work both independently and collaboratively, utilizing mentoring and coaching resources
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently, stay organized, and adhere to deadlines
- Stay informed about new insurance products and industry trends to effectively meet client needs
Requirements :
The background check will cover two major areas : State, Federal and County Criminal History, and Regulatory Actions
Compensation & Benefits :
300% Bonus on New Business (first 3 years)
