Role and Responsibilities
Frank's Butcher Shop grows and finishes their cattle at our own ranch in Central Wyoming. We also source out the best quality beef from around the state. This ensures the cattle are at the desired weights and optimum age to increase their marbling and flavor.
Wrapping and packing meat products according to company guidelines. Ensuring that all packages are complete and accurately documented. Must be able to work with a team and carry out duties assigned in most efficient manner while maintaining all aspects of job safety, food safety and direction of supervisor. Employee must adhere to established personal hygiene protocol per regulatory requirements and become proficient in equipment and work environment clean-up/sanitation practices.
Responsibilities:
1. Experience Preferred
2. Able to identify retail meat cuts
3. Process product according to operating procedures and quality/quantity expectations.
- Work with utmost quality, job safety, and food safety policies.
- Frequently lift 50 pounds and perform within in cooler/refrigerated environments.
4. Must live in or around the Hudson, Lander & Riverton Wyoming areas
