Key Responsibilities:
· Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, providing detailed information on collision repair services and creating a welcoming experience from start to finish.
· Repair Order Management: Manage collision repair orders, schedule appointments, and maintain proactive communication with customers regarding the status of their repairs.
· Insurance Liaison: Serve as a point of contact with insurance companies, assist customers with claims, and coordinate with insurance adjusters to expedite approval processes.
· Team Collaboration: Work closely with shop management, technicians, and estimators to ensure timely repair processes, and communicate with the accounting team regarding payments and paperwork.
· Customer Follow-Up: Make outbound calls to potential customers to schedule appointments and follow up on sales leads, showcasing our commitment to excellence.
· Office Support: Assist with various office tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
· Customer service in automotive or collision repair preferred.
· Proficient in CCC1 or familiar with an estimating software preferred.
· Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
· Ability to adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures and effectively handle challenging situations.
· A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a drug test.
