- Recipe Preparation : Accurately measure, weigh, and mix ingredients following established recipes and production schedules.
- Equipment Operation : Safely operate mixers, blenders, and other equipment required for dough, batter, and filling preparation.
- Quality Control : Ensure consistency in texture, flavor, and appearance by adhering strictly to recipe standards.
- Inventory Management : Work closely with Assistant Manager to monitor ingredient levels, report shortages, and assist in organizing storage areas.
