Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet clients and visitors, creating a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Efficiently manage a high volume of phone calls, directing inquires and taking detailed messages with patience and friendliness
- Maintain office organization, including managing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Scanning, uploading, printing and filing paperwork
- Create, maintain and update detailed client profiles
- Provide essential support to the insurance team with various supportive duties.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in an office or customer service role is a plus but not necessary
