Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Rep to join our team at Frank & Stein Distribution. We are passionate about bringing emerging brands to the forefront of the market by providing them with the distribution solutions they need to succeed.
The ideal candidate has great energy, strong attention to detail, excels at maintaining and creating solid relationships with clients, and works cohesively with a team of sales professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key accounts and chain relationships in the Chicagoland and broader IL area– both on and off premise
- Grow shelf space and create display opportunities
- Able to track your field calls in an organized manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities
- Provide regular reports to the management team on sales performance and progress towards goals
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Positive attitude, energetic and go-getter mentality
- Has access to a car and a clean driving record
- Able to lift 30 pounds
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years sales experience in the beverage industry or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with clients and team members
- Excellent analytical skills- ability to analyze market trends, sales data and identify new opportunities
- Flexibility to attend evening and weekend events as required
