REALTY TRANSACTION AND LISTING SPECIALIST: YOUR SCHEDULE
This is a full-time, in-office administrative role, typically scheduled from 8:00 - 9:00 AM to 5:00 - 5:30 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate individual needs while maintaining team efficiency.
YOUR DAY AS A REALTY TRANSACTION AND LISTING SPECIALIST
Your day will center around managing the transaction and listing coordination checklists, ensuring every detail is meticulously handled to meet deadlines and client expectations. You'll take calls and manage schedules with professionalism, providing top-tier support to both the team leader and clients. Accompanying the team leader on listing appointments, you'll ensure all processes are efficiently organized and executed. Additionally, you'll contribute to planning and carrying out team events, showcasing your organizational expertise. Every aspect of your work will play a vital role in upholding the high standards of the Frank Van Dresser Team.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A REALTY TRANSACTION AND LISTING SPECIALIST
- Organization and project management skills
- Strong technology and computer proficiency involving MAC or PC, including Microsoft Suite & Google (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Dropbox, Outlook, Google Docs, etc.)
- Ability to demonstrate a calm demeanor in all situations and maintain confidentiality
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Effective problem-solving skills and an eye for accuracy
- Professional, polite, well-spoken, and courteous demeanor
Proficiency in social media sources like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram is preferred but not required.
