Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and engineering, with the ability to oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Team Leadership: Lead project teams, providing clear direction and support to ensure project objectives are met. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-control measures to ensure financial objectives are achieved.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all work complies with industry standards, building codes, and client expectations. Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or questions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- ProCore (Proficient In)
- Microsoft Office Suites (Proficient In)
- Microsoft Project (Proficient In)
- Microsoft Teams (Needs to have an understanding)
- Bluebeam (Needs to have an understanding)
- AutoCAD / Revit (Plus)
