The Role You'll Play to Create Success
We are excited to announce our search for a full-time, on-site Payroll Specialist for our office in Tampa Bay, FL ! In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business everyday by by ensuring compliant, accurate and timely processing of payroll and billing while supporting the operations of the company.
- Processes payroll hours including calculating wages, OT and deductions via the ATS.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state and local payroll laws and regulations.
- Prepares and distributes comprehensive payroll reports.
- Prepares all ACH files for employee payments.
- Ensures proper billing of client including drug tests and background checks.
- Works closely with internal staff to resolve payroll inquiries and issues.
- Collaborates with clients regarding time submittals and address any payroll concerns.
- Resolves payroll related inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Manages client NSFs and employee direct deposit returns.
- Supports companywide compliance audits to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
- Addresses and resolves internal staff inquiries related to the ATS system inquiries.
The Attributes We Seek
Keys to success in this position include knowledge of payroll processing and working with payroll systems. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is needed. At least three (3) years of related high-level administrative office experience and of payroll processing experience is required.
