The Role You’ll Play to Create Success
We are eager to announce a full-time Vice President of Staffing position in Tampa Bay, FL filled with many exciting opportunities! This job contributes to the mission of FrankCrum by directing the design, development, and execution of the sales, recruiting strategy, and operations of FrankCrum Staffing.
- Develops and executes strategic plans to drive growth, expand market share, and improve profitability.
- Identifies new markets, service offerings, and client opportunities, and develops an action plan with the President for business scalability and growth.
- Oversee all daily operations of the staffing division, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Monitors KPIs and operational metrics and collaborates with each branch leader to implement team and employee-specific performance improvement strategies.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Supports sales efforts and participates in high-level business development initiatives.
- Leads and mentors regional directors, sales teams, recruiters, and support staff.
- Fosters a performance-driven culture with an emphasis on accountability, results, and support organizational goals and sales plan objectives.
- Owns the division’s P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Monitors revenue goals, margin optimization, and cost control initiatives.
- Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and industry regulations, and enforces compliance requirements to senior managers to ensure all employees are adhering to all compliance requirements
- Mitigates risks related to labor practices, contracts, and client engagements.
The Attributes We Seek
Keys to success in this position include knowledge of staffing industry, as well as company services and products. At least 10 years of experience in the staffing industry, with at least five (5) years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of revenue growth and operational excellence and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Expertise in staffing technology platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Avionté, JobDiva) and CRM (e.g. HubSpot, ZoomInfo, etc.) tools. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is required.
