The Role You'll Play to Create Success

We are happy to announce a full-time Quality Assurance Manager position in Clearwater, FL! In this role, you will contributes to the mission of FrankCrum by overseeing the activity of the quality assurance department and staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organization’s products and/or development processes

  1. Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
  2. Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
  3. Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team, product development team, and other appropriate staff.
  4. Manages and provides leadership guidance to QA team.
  5. Coordinates and participates in product testing processes.
  6. Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
  7. Review client, customer, and user feedback to address concerns or promote best practices within the group.  
  8. Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.



The Attributes We Seek

Keys to success in this position include advanced knowledge of quality assurance testing methodologies and of software testing tools for automation, as well as performance testing. Experience managing data for use in testing via SQL or other database tools a plus. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a field related to the products being developed is needed. A minimum of 3 (three) years of experience in related field required with supervisory experience.
