What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Dental Receptionist position at FRANKEL DENTISTRY?
We are grateful to serve together as an ESOP - a 100% employee owned dental practice.
We are looking for a full-time front desk staff member that will be responsible for administering the day-to-day activities of the front desk and office, including but not limited to: greeting patients, maintaining patient records, and scheduling patients.
Qualifications:
- Strong Communication
- Excellent customer-service skills
- Organized and ability to multitask
- Prior dental experience is preferred
- Knowledge is Eaglesoft preferred
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Check patients in and/or out
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality to HIPPA standards
- Speak with patients regarding general information, scheduling needs, and billing
- Call upon patients for rescheduling and schedule changes
- Collecting and reviewing accounts with patients
