Cabana and Premium Seating Server Role
FRANKENMUTH BAVARIAN INN LODGE is seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Cabana and Premium Seating Server in the Waterpark.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to guest questions during ordering and ensuring accuracy in reporting at the end of the shift.
- Administer sales of alcoholic beverages according to Michigan law and Bavarian Inn Lodge policies, and reset cabanas and premium seating areas for the next day.
- Ring up orders on Agilysys, process payments, and have knowledge of POS systems, terminals, and tablets.
- Prepare cabanas and premium seating areas for guest arrival, including delivering pre-ordered food and beverages.
Work Environment:
The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and eliminate or report any unsafe conditions to management when necessary.
