What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dishworker position at FRANKENMUTH BAVARIAN INN LODGE?
HOURS: a. PART TIME: 16 – 30 hours average work week; may be more or less hours in the busy or slow season accordingly.
b. Earliest Shift – 6:00am, Latest Shift – 1:00am
3 - 5 days a week
c. Must be able to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for the operation of the dishwashers, for sorting and stacking dirty dishes, glassware, silverware and pots and pans, and/or returning clean dishes, glassware and silverware, and pots and pans to their proper locations. Responsible for the cleanliness of equipment and work area. Sweeps and mops floors, empties garbage and assists other kitchen employees as requested.
Must be available to work variety of shifts, days, evenings, weekends, weekdays, and holidays
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to stand at all times, muscular coordination and able to lift moderate weights.
