Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages using proper recipes, glassware, and garnishes
- Maintain thorough knowledge of beverages, food, and retail items to properly assist guests
- Assist with closing the Lounge areas and maintain cleanliness of all areas by following daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for cleaning
- Follow all rules of the Department of Health, including washing hands frequently and using clean soapy water and sanitizer
