Job Summary
">The FRANKENMUTH BAVARIAN INN LODGE is seeking a skilled Server to join our team. As a Server, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
">Key Responsibilities

- Set up and prepare Oma's, Brunch, Room Service, and Breaks, assisting with setting up private banquet areas, the service of food and beverages to customers, collecting money, and periodically reading waitress/waiter manuals. ">
- Attend all wait staff meetings on a monthly basis, assist other departments when needed, help maintain equipment, keep things looking nice, promote monthly dining room and bar specials along with other departments of the Lodge, and give prompt and professional service to guests. ">
- Provide exceptional service to our guests on a daily basis, anticipating their needs and expectations, and treating guests and employee safety as the highest priority. ">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you should have:

- At least 18 years old and a high school diploma or equivalent. ">
- Minimum six months of experience in waiting tables to attain knowledge of procedures and areas preferred. ">
- Ability to stand and walk continually, lift trays and other containers of moderate weights up to 50#, and work different schedules and attend monthly and corporate meetings. ">
