- Monitor and control inventory levels of linens and glasses, and submit information to the Executive Housekeeper.
- Perform 'Head Housekeeper' duties following housekeeping daily worksheets using fair and good judgment.
- Maintain accurate records of housekeeping employee attendance and tardiness.
