Job Summary and Qualifications

What you will do in this role:

• 
  Assembles, installs, inspects, maintains and repairs

• 
  Underwriters Labs specified (UL rated) wall assemblies and fire protective systems for continuous regulatory compliance.

• 
  Repairs patient care approved ceiling systems, grids, tiles, diffusers, electronic equipment mounting systems.

• 
  Assists Engineering staff with project work for systems relocation, temporary construction barriers, maintains controlled air pressure relationship systems.

• 
  Ability to operate and monitor plant utility system equipment.

• 
  Requests, orders, stocks materials needed for construction, Life Safety Code compliance of rated barrier systems and opening protective systems.

• 
  Makes miscellaneous repairs, monitors equipment & systems, works weekend rotations in the role of maintenance technician on duty and other assigned duties.

What qualifications you will need:

• 
  Education: High School/GED

• 
  Experience: Four years work experience in Interior Building Systems.
