Job Title: Rad Tech PRN

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Radiologic Technologist to join our team on a per diem basis at Frankfort Regional Medical Center.

Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a high level of accuracy in radiologic positioning and exposure techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Prepare and administer contrast media in accordance with state, federal, and hospital regulations.
• Remain sensitive to the physical and emotional needs of patients through good communication, patient assessment, patient monitoring, and patient care skills.
• Assess data reflective of patient requirements relative to their age-specific needs.
• Operate radiological equipment and procedures effectively and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited education program in Radiologic Technology.
• 1 year post-graduate experience strongly preferred.
