Responsibilities:
- Showcase your expertise by handling all conventional aspects of architecture assignments or specific limited portions of projects.
- Apply building codes and standards in line with the complexity of each project.
- Take charge of executing and coordinating projects from inception to successful completion.
- Demonstrate your flair for writing narratives, reports, assessments, and other written work. Depending on your skill set level, you will receive assistance from our team to ensure top-notch quality.
- Bring your creativity to life by producing detailed drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and schedules for various projects.
- Enhance project efficiency by modifying and developing standard details.
- Collaborate with our team to review submittals and respond to RFIs, ensuring compliance and smooth project execution.
- Embrace team leadership responsibilities as the main contact for engineers and consultants.

- 3 years of experience in various architectural projects.
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- A diverse portfolio showcasing successful projects in aviation, native American, commercial, education, and federal aviation sectors.
- Excellent team management and leadership skills.
