**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and coordinate all activities on the restaurant floor to ensure smooth operations.
- Train, mentor, and lead staff members to deliver high-quality service.
- Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial transactions.
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new team members.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain quality standards and efficient service.
- Implement inventory control measures to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Develop strategies to enhance the overall dining experience for guests.
- Oversee scheduling, shift assignments, and performance evaluations for floor staff.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in the food service management industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of fine dining practices and customer service principles.
- Proficiency in inventory control, cash handling, and financial reporting.
