A thriving design firm in Nashville is looking for a talented Project Architect to join our team. If you're passionate about design, innovation, and client-focused solutions, this is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in a growing firm.
Duties:
- Lead projects by guiding clients through the design process and managing teams to deliver on time and within budget.
- Create comprehensive design solutions, including concepts, space planning, 3D sketches, material selection, and detailing.
- Oversee Construction Document production, ensuring accuracy and seamless collaboration with the team.
- Coordinate with consultants and vendors (MEP, AV, IT, furniture, security, artwork, signage) to bring projects to life.
- Work closely with contractors during construction to ensure execution aligns with design intent.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and building codes.
- Contribute to studio growth, including team development and business initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- 4–8 years of experience in the Architecture/Engineering industry
- Active architectural licensure and NCARB certification
