Overview
This position provides administrative and operational support to school staff, students, and families. Responsibilities include handling communications, assisting with enrollment and school events, and maintaining accurate student data in school systems.
Employment Schedule: 12-months, full-time
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide support, through phone and email, to school based administration, staff, teachers and parent inquiries;
- Participate in telephone recruitment and reach-out campaigns to ensure enrollment goals;
- Attend report card nights, open houses, entrance exam and other events as requested by the office manager or Principal.?Data Input to Transfer data from paper formats into PowerSchool & Terms (attendance, grades, courses, service hours, etc.)
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents;
- Update existing data;
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested, Other Duties;
- Ensure adherence to good safety procedures;
- Follow federal and state laws, as well as company policy;
- Perform other duties as delegated by Principal.

Requirements
- Strong multi-tasking abilities with excellent communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Self-starter who takes initiative and is resourceful in solving problems
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively with internal teams, staff, and external stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Student Information Systems (SIS), and email communication
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (preferred)
- Spanish language proficiency preferred, as many families served are primarily Spanish-speaking
- Must pass a criminal background check, employment verification, and drug screening
Salary : $14 - $18
