Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food service and customer satisfaction.
- Train and supervise staff in food preparation, service techniques, and safety protocols.
- Manage inventory control and cash handling processes.
- Conduct interviews and hire new team members as needed.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and communication.
- Implement strategies to enhance dining experiences, including fine dining and casual service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in staff training and management within the restaurant industry
- Strong background in food service and kitchen management
- Expertise in supervising teams and conducting interviews
- Familiarity with POS systems, including Aloha and Micros
- Knowledge of inventory control and cash handling procedures
- Experience in various dining settings, including casual and fine dining

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
