Role Summary: We are actively seeking a Chemical Mixing Technician for an immersive role in our construction division.
Incentive: Secure a base pay of $24.85 per hour, with the possibility of an additional $1.75 hour differential when working the second shift.
- Core Tasks: Embrace the opportunity to maintain and operate intricate systems for weighing and blending raw materials, ensuring batch consistency based on pre-defined quality standards targeting client satisfaction.
- Entry Requirements: Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to excellence, possessing at least an equivalent high school diploma. If you've had prior engagement with chemical processing, your expertise is highly valued here.
Legal Right to Work:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check
- Chemical processing/batch experience strongly preferred
- Practical Abilities: Display physical capability by regularly lifting up to 55 pounds and standing for extensive periods. Compliance with safety measures, including respirator usage and PPE, is vital.
- Work Schedule: Primarily the 2nd shift from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, transitioning through initial training on the first shift at 7:00 am to 3:15 pm as needed. Overtime may be expected occasionally.
