Role Description
This is a full-time caseworker role at Franklin County Children Services. The caseworker will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including case management, and casework. This is a hybrid role, located in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for hybrid work.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities
- Experience in social work, case management, and casework
- Ability to work with diverse populations and understand their unique needs
- Knowledge of child welfare policies, procedures, and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Criminal Justice or related field
- Experience in child welfare or related field is a plus
