What You Will Do – Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Employee enters and quality assures data in SACWIS as it relates to children’s person profiles and other identified areas, to ensure placement providers receive accurate and updated information on ICCAs, ICCA Amendments and Respite ICCAs. Employee assists agency achieve CFSR standards and ensures service delivery that focuses on Safety, Permanency, and Well-being for families served by agency. JOB DUTIES:
- Compiles data related agency’s collaboration with placement and community providers.
- Provides support to placement and service coordination related duties
- Researches and analyzes SACWIS data and ensures accurate entry of information into Person profile and other pertinent areas of SACWIS during and after placement search. This information can be found in ICCAs, psychological evaluations, BHJJ reports, mental health assessments, CANS assessments, and other areas of SACWIS.
- Identifies trends and errors with data/workflows and participates in planning meetings to develop and coordinate solutions to accurate SACWIS data and other processes related to the placement process. Assists with implementing proposals and projects. Provides training and support to FCCS staff to aid in data integrity, as identified by management.
- Employee meets regularly with their supervisor to discuss performance. Attends staff development. Completes related administrative tasks. Employee contributes to a positive work environment geared towards a positive attitude, teamwork, and productivity.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

What Makes You Successful in the role
- Excellent written, oral, and assertive communication.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management science, public administration, social work, or related area.
Preferred Qualifications:
- LISW or LSW; experience in clinical/behavioral health.
- Thorough knowledge with Ohio SACWIS functionality and child welfare related clinical, medical, and educational data. Two years of Child Welfare Casework experience is considered equivalent.
Certifications or Licensure:
- Must have a valid Ohio Driver’s License with automobile insurance that complies with agency policy
