Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to coordinate daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. Duties
- Coordinate activities of our Property Management Department.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for assigned staff.
- Utilize Microsoft Office for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and communicate effectively with clients, tenants, and other stakeholders.
- Provide support to senior management when necessary.
- Ensure the office environment is organized and well-maintained.
- Assist in the development of office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Provide coverage to front desk/reception as needed.
- Complete all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office management or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in clerical duties including data entry and record keeping.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Experience managing front desk operations or similar roles is a plus.
- Ability to operate phone systems efficiently and professionally.
