Description
Under general supervision of the Chief Human Resources Officer, develops, identifies, and provides training; oversees recruitment efforts and provides onboarding for new hires; assists with other Human Resources responsibilities.
Training :
- Identifying training needs within the agency by analyzing performance gaps and employee feedback.
- Developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing employees.
- Creating training materials such as presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Facilitating training sessions and workshops.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making adjustments as needed.

Typical Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience; strong communication skills, knowledge of employment laws, and the ability to manage recruitment processes and training programs.

Vacation leave is provided to all non-seasonal employees based on their years of service.
Sick leave is provided to all non-seasonal employees, with full-time employees earning approximately 15 days per year.
Full-time, non-seasonal employees receive 40 hours of Personal leave each year that must be used during the year or forfeited.
