Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Strong clerical/technical skills, ability to multi-task
- Working knowledge of basic office procedures
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Promptly and courteously greet and assist all visitors (parents, students, community members) and field all phone calls
- Maintain schedules and calendar for principal and building as needed
- Be flexible and adaptable to change in a fast-paced working environment
- Assist with coordination of events
- Maintain student records, including cumulative files and electronic student data system
- Assist in maintenance of the building website
- Manage all building financials
- Work with transportation (changes, radio, bus notes)
- Maintain respect at all times for confidential information
- Support other staff and administration when requested
- Serve as a positive support and liaison to students, parents, community members, and visitors
- Attend trainings and meetings as required
- Perform other duties as assigned by building administrator(s)
