- High school diploma or GED (required)
- 0-3 years of relevant experience or training in customer service or a related field (preferred)
- Strong communication skills

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Service Titan
Physical demands for the job:
This role requires frequent sitting, using hands to feel, and talking or hearing. You will regularly need to reach with your hands and arms, and occasionally stand, walk, and lift or move up to 40 pounds.
