What you will be doing :
- Service Operations & Support – Manages Incident and Service Request tickets in ServiceNow, resolves JDE Edwards ERP issues, provides off-hours support, and ensures SLA compliance while identifying recurring issues for process improvement.
- Request, Change & Asset Management – Oversees change requests, ensures SOX compliance, manages software inventories, and enforces ERP software standards across the company.
- Project Management – Leads and oversees ERP implementation projects, ensures alignment with IT development processes, tracks project success based on time, budget, and rework metrics, and prepares presentations for stakeholders.
- Portfolio Management – Leads a team managing technology standardization, prepares annual evaluations, strategic plans, and roadmaps, and facilitates council meetings to prioritize projects and budgets.
- Budget & Vendor Management – Manages an annual budget of approximately $5M, prepares forecasts, negotiates vendor contracts, and tracks capital appropriations for projects.
