What you will be doing:
Service Operations & Support – Manages Incident and Service Request tickets in ServiceNow, resolves JDE Edwards ERP issues, provides off-hours support, and ensures SLA compliance while identifying recurring issues for process improvement.
Request, Change & Asset Management – Oversees change requests, ensures SOX compliance, manages software inventories, and enforces ERP software standards across the company.
Project Management – Leads and oversees ERP implementation projects, ensures alignment with IT development processes, tracks project success based on time, budget, and rework metrics, and prepares presentations for stakeholders.
Portfolio Management – Leads a team managing technology standardization, prepares annual evaluations, strategic plans, and roadmaps, and facilitates council meetings to prioritize projects and budgets.
Budget & Vendor Management – Manages an annual budget of approximately $5M, prepares forecasts, negotiates vendor contracts, and tracks capital appropriations for projects.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, or a related degree (required).
- 15 years of application development or ERP experience, including at least 5 years of management experience.
- Communication & Collaboration: Clear and concise communication, both written and oral; effective meeting facilitation and presentation skills to engage internal teams, customers, and leadership.
- Project Management & Problem Solving: Strong decision-making, project planning, risk management, and the ability to solve complex issues through logical, systematic approaches.
- Business Process & Strategic Planning: Deep understanding of business processes, requirements definition, and the ability to plan, manage, and evaluate projects while aligning with long-term strategic goals and budgets.
