MOVE FORWARD WITH US

What you will be doing :

Maintain facility cleanliness, including grounds, office spaces, and stocked printers.
Support internal operations by coordinating catering, stocking supplies, arranging furniture, and handling mail and deliveries.
Monitor visitors and assist with building security.
Manage company vehicles, ensuring regular inspections, maintenance, and cleaning.
Perform minor building maintenance and maintain inventory of essential supplies.

What you need :

Strong communication skills in one-on-one and small group settings, with the ability to follow written, oral, or diagrammed instructions.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, including planning personal tasks and occasionally assisting others.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle routine issues and prioritize tasks effectively.

Maintains confidentiality, exercises discretion, and demonstrates attention to detail in completing tasks and documentation.

Proficient in basic math operations and office equipment.

Willing and able to work a flexible schedule that may change from day to day.

Education and Experience

Equivalent of four years of high school (required).

Zero to eighteen months of related experience (required).

Computer Skills

Basic.

Certificates and Licenses

Valid Driver’s License.

Physical Activities

While performing the functions of this job, the employee is :

Continually required to stand and walk.

Regularly required to reach, handle, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.

Occasionally required to sit or smell.

Requires close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, along with depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Occasionally lift / move up to 50 pounds.
