This position will be responsible for production scheduling for intercompany and direct sales orders. Generate work orders and partner with Purchasing, Applications Engineering, and Sales to provide status and lead time of orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the creation of scheduling of shop orders to meet customer orders and minimum stocking requirements.
- Scheduling work orders.
- Review customer orders daily, communicate changes, plan production activity accordingly with production leaders.
- Fixing WO backflushing issues.
- Assisting with inventory issues.
- Schedules daily builds by working with production leaders.
- Assists in ensures that resources, capacity, and the flow path can meet internal and external demands.
- Aids in coordinating activities to manage changes in supply and demand.
- Assists in managing inventory and makes adjustments based on customers and business conditions.
- Supports the company's supply chain.
- Builds value stream schedule for MTO, MTS and ETO as needed.
- Works with customers to communicate expected deliver dates and resolve all issues that may arise.
- Performs other related duties as required or assigned.
